Structured interviews are relatively overlooked as a way to get the ratios you desire for your return on investments in hiring.   Interviewing to find a conclusion about the probability of an outcome has been a decades-long and closely watched science.  We follow top psychologists and financial behavioral experts who suggest a limited, defined and structured interview process.  The structure defines and prioritizes probing questions about performance and then analyzes the behavioral qualities of the candidates. We do not necessarily give away what behaviors we are looking to hire.
